Hello and welcome to my website. I have worked in alternative health since 2002 and worked at the Life Centre in Notting Hill for 22 years and continue to visit monthly.
I live in Halifax West Yorkshire where I relocated 7 years ago and I have a practice here and in London.
I am fully qualified in CranioSacral Therapy, Rejuvanessence and Somatic Movement Education.
I have studied with The Upledger Institute and The College of Craniosacral Therapy with further study taken with Hugh Milne and Howard Evans and further Somatic Movement Training has been taken with Align Somatics.
In addition I have studied many subjects including pathology, kinesiology foundation, reflexology for feet and face, facials including REN & Neal's Yard, stomach massage, Thai herbal compress, Thai massage, massage all of which informs her work and practice,
